SHIPPING METHODS

Products are shipped only with ----- ELTA Courier.

Orders are shipped by us on available products on the same day and on backorder within 2 business days (MONDAY - FRIDAY 10:00 - 21:00) except during busy periods where orders are processed on a priority basis.

Any orders placed over the weekend will be processed from (the following) Monday as it is a working day. When your order is delivered to the courier company, you will receive an informative e-mail with the shipment number (tracking code). With this number, you can track the progress of your shipment through the courier company's email address. Shipping costs are free for every purchase over €100.

In case of purchase of products worth up to €99, shipping costs are €3.00. The cost of cash on delivery is €2.00. Please note that when you place an order with a REFUND, in order to execute your order, we will call the phone number you provided to confirm the order and that your details are correct. There is no receipt from the store Loss of parcel townmoto.gr is not considered responsible in case of delivery delay or in case of loss of your parcel due to the carrier/courier.

In the event that you do not receive within a reasonable period of time (up to 7 days from the delivery from us to the Courier company), townmoto.gr carries out a check with the courier, which can last up to 15 days at most. During this period, no compensation or shipment will be able to take place.

If there is no update within 15 days, the order is cancelled, so if you have paid by credit/debit card, direct debit or paypal, you will be refunded.
