PAYMENT METHODS

The townmoto.gr online store offers all of you the possibility of paying in 3 different ways:

1. With a VISA or MASTERCARD MAESTRO Credit Card issued by any bank. In this case and for your own safety, you should be there and sign when you receive the package, having your credit card and ID with you. For orders to a company account, the holder must present their ID and credit card, which must be company and bear the recipient's name. (I don't understand this text, i.e. will he give his card to the courier? He has no information to identify)

2. Payment by cash on delivery In this case payment is made upon receipt of the product by the customer at the courier company. The fee will be 2 euros.

3. Bank deposit The user can deposit the amount to the following bank account: ( Bank Transfer costs are charged to the Depositor )

The order number and the name you entered on the order form should be written on the deposit receipt. The order will be shipped as soon as the deposit is confirmed. After 3 (three) business days from the order date, the order is automatically canceled without any warning.

To notify us that the deposit has been made, after you have deposited your money, please contact us by emailing the deposit receipt to townmoto@gmail.com or call us at 2105770832 & 6947240468 stating your name and the bank where you deposited the amount. As soon as our account is informed about the payment of the order, it will be executed immediately. Whichever payment method you choose, you can choose to issue either a retail receipt or an invoice.
