PRODUCT RETURNS

You can change the whole order or part of it within 14 days from the date of dispatch of the order from our store. If the reason for the return concerns an error on the part of townmoto.gr, we undertake to bear the cost of the return. For any change or return, you must first contact us, at townmoto@gmail.com or by phone at 2105770832 & 6947240468 and inform of your wish. The information that he must state, in addition to his name, is the order number and the code of the product he wants to change. Changes can only be made with the document issued for your order. For remote change the following applies: A) For orders over €100, the costs of the first change (return and reshipment to the customer) are borne by our company. In case of above changes, the costs are borne by the customer. B) The first change is made exclusively with the transport company that our company cooperates with, ELTA courier C) For orders below €100, the return costs are borne by the company, while the shipping costs of the change are borne by the customer. D) The products to be exchanged must be in excellent condition, in their original packaging without damage, not installed - used, and accompanied by the document. In case the products do not meet the above, they are NOT returned and NOT exchanged. Products with a discount of 20% or more cannot be exchanged or refunded.
