The townmoto.gr website is an online store selling products via the internet of the Greek individual business Gakis Angelos with the distinctive title townmoto.gr VAT number 118355258, DOU A of Athens which is located at 13 Damaskiou Street and will be referred to hereafter for the sake of brevity as the Company . Website visitors who enter and transact or use the services of the online store (hereinafter referred to as users for brevity) are invited to consult the following terms and conditions that apply to the use of the website. The actions of users on the website as indicative Browsing, purchasing products and using the services of the online store implies the unconditional acceptance of these terms without any exception. If a user does not agree with these terms then it is his responsibility to refrain from visiting, using the website as well as from any transaction with the services of the online store. Provided information and products The Company is committed to the validity and completeness of the information listed in the online store regarding the identity of the Company as well as the services provided through the online store. Purchases of products through the online store Website users can browse the web pages of the online store using the central navigation menu which is always located at the top of the web pages. Cancellation of orders Visitors/users of the online store have the possibility to cancel their order only if the item has not yet been invoiced and sent for shipment by the Company. Orders can be canceled in the following ways: • By calling the store's customer service hotline 2105770832 • By sending an email to townmoto@gmail.com with the subject "Order cancellation" and writing the code and details order. When canceling, the customer must state the exact details of his order. The cancellation does not take place unless a relevant confirmation is sent by the Company by electronic mail to the customer. Product returns / Right of withdrawal The company recommends that consumers upon receipt of orders unpack and check the products to confirm the absence of defects. Every order that leaves the offices of the townmoto.gr online store is thoroughly checked to ensure that it meets all the specifications and that the products are in excellent condition, however there is always the possibility of an error. Customers of the online store have the right to return the products they bought within 14 days from the date of receipt. Returns will only be accepted if the products in question are returned in perfect condition, sealed, complete, unused or undamaged and in their original packaging. In any case, the returned products must be accompanied by the necessary legalization documents and receipts. In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer of the online store must inform the Company of his decision to withdraw, with a written statement, by means of a postal letter or sending an electronic message (email) to the address townmoto@gmail.com. Also, the customer can fill in the relevant withdrawal form found on townmoto.gr and send it to the Company in the same ways as mentioned above. In the case of product returns, the customer bears the shipping costs except in the cases where: • Due to the fault of the online store, the order was executed incorrectly (error in billing or shipping) or when the item was delivered, the packaging was completely or mostly damaged. In these cases, the customer may not accept the receipt of the product from the beginning. • The product is defective and if this is verified by an authorized employee of the store. Product returns at the Company's charge will be carried out either by the Company's personnel and means of transport or through a distributor. The refund corresponding to the products ordered by the customer is completed within 14 calendar days from the date the Company is informed of the customer's decision to withdraw. The Company is entitled to delay the refund until it has received the goods back or until the customer has provided proof that they have sent the goods back, whichever occurs first. The Company will perform the above refund using the same means of payment that the customer used for the original transaction unless there is an agreement between the two to do otherwise. The ADR is directly connected to the competent Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) bodies in each country, which undertake the processing of complaints. In Greece, the competent bodies are: • The Independent Authority "Consumer Advocate" with competence in all commercial sectors, • The Mediator of Banking-Investment Services with competence in the commercial sector of financial services • ADR POINT IKE - Alternative Dispute Resolution Center with competence in all commercial branches with the exception of the categories expressly mentioned in no. 2 par. 2 of the KYA. • The European Institute for Conflict Resolution (E.I.E.S.) with competence in all commercial sectors with the exception of the categories expressly mentioned in no. 2 par. 2 of the CPA. The online store townmoto.gr is fully harmonized having responded to the process of out-of-court resolution of domestic and cross-border disputes in relation to the sales contracts drawn up with each of its users/customers, as described in KYA 70330/2015, which includes the regulations regarding with adaptation of the Greek legislation, in compliance with Directive 2013/11/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 21 May 2013 on the alternative resolution of consumer disputes and for the amendment of Regulation (EC) no. 2006/2004 and Directive 2009/22/EC (the EECD Directive) and the adoption of additional national measures to implement Regulation 524/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 21 May 2013 on the electronic resolution of consumer disputes. The consumer, before making a request to the AED body, must have previously contacted the Company and sought to resolve the dispute directly with it.
